Conditions

I hereby apply to become member/s of the Port Macquarie & District 4WD Club. As a member, I agree to be bound by the rules of the association for the time of my membership. I agree to adhere to minimum vehicle requirements during club activities as stated below:
1. UHF radio.
2. A rated snatch strap must be carried.
3. Minimum 2x rated ‘D’ Shackles, sized to suit snatch strap and recovery points, must be carried.
4. Rated recovery points must be fitted to both front and rear of vehicle.
5. First Aid kit
By joining the Club, you give consent for your contact information to be shared amongst other club members and that photographs of you, your vehicle and family may be used from time to time on the Clubs social media accounts, website or newsletters.
I understand that I am required to complete a basic driver awareness course supplied by club driver awareness facilitators. I accept that club insurance is only to cover registered club trips and is not a substitute for personal vehicle insurance.

Fees

A membership is per vehicle, not per person. Therefore a couple with one vehicle are covered under one membership. For example, if Mary & Jack join in December they will be required to pay a $55 joining fee plus $13 for membership to make them financial until 1st March the following year, thus a total of $68. From then on they will only need to pay $50 annual membership fee.
